- 1 cup diced white or yellow onion
- 8 ounces sliced button mushrooms
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (divided)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme2
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (crushed)
- 1 1/4 cups beef broth3
- Salt and pepper
